Most times I see pictures of cherry blossoms, they're in a gorgeous setting: large gardens, a country estate, Japanese gardens, etc. But there are cherry trees in all kinds of places. I find it interesting to see beautiful flowers in contrast with rather unattractive buildings and locations.
I took this photo in Seattle. The building behind the cherry tree was a big stucco building; with a covered car park; orange, pink and beige paint; with the graffiti being painted over many times. However, I think the colors came out nicely, and the cherry blossoms welcomed Spring into the neighborhood.
